THE STORY

The story behind this place

From a hotel dim sum kitchen to a Gangshan restaurant

The restaurant's roots follow chef Ng Yuk-ching's Hong Kong dim sum career. After working as a dim sum chef at Hi-Lai Celebrity Cuisine, he partnered with the Da Zhai Men restaurant group to develop this shop of dim sum, rice, and noodles.

Steamers of siu mai share the table with rice rolls, tossed noodles, and claypot rice. Hotel-kitchen craft enters a format that works for solo meals or group sharing, giving a Hong Kong-style meal more flexible portions and combinations.
